Yes
I really hate the music played by the band “Yes”. All my friends love it but it really makes me irrationally irritated and I don’t know why. I think it might be just the disorder of the music but fuck I can’t handle listening to it. The worst part is my S/O loves them. I’d rather listen to someone clanging pots than listen to any songs similar to “Roundabout”. This isn’t a hate letter dedicated towards the “Yes” bandmembers, they are great musicians. I can appreciate each individual part by itself but I hate the song when they’re all together. I know it would require a great amount of talent to play each part, and as someone who has played music my whole life I can appreciate that, but I just can’t enjoy the song as a whole. It makes me very irritated and on edge.
And I hate the fact that people keep playing it.
